Villa Florens is a cozy Tuscan farmhouse located in one of the most prestigious areas surrounding the Etruscan town of Cortona, located just 5 kilometers away.
Surrounded by greenery and olive groves, the villa has a beautiful view onto surrounded countryside and the entire hilly profile of the famous city.
Villa Florens is surrounded by a well-kept garden and it is full of flowers and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and semi-covered area for outdoor dining.
The very new swimming pool has a unique view of the surrounding hill and it is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
The Villa can host up to 4 people and it is composed by 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one for each floor.
Two additional sleeps are located in the living room located on the ground floor.
The living area is composed by a big open space with dining room and modern and functional kitchen. The living room has a sofa which can be used as a sofa bed, if necessary.
At guests' disposal there are washing machine, mosquito nets, Internet wireless. Pets are allowed only in small size and with prior approval.
