Villa Primavera is situated short distance from the lovely town centre of Passignano sul Trasimeno, surrounded by nature with an incredible panoramic view on Trasimeno Lake. The villa, whose original core unit dates back to the 1200, was wisely renovated and can host up to 8 people.
The 280 sqm is developed on two floors with direct access through a beautiful stone staircase. Guests will have at their disposal Ping Pong, trampoline for children, swimming pool (12x6 m) open from mid May to the end of September, small fitness room, steam bath and free Wi-Fi connection.

On the ground floor there is the main living room with 4 sofas, one of which can be made as a double bed, a library and a children area with board games, dining room, a large a well-equipped and furnished kitchen with direct access to the dining outside area with a view on the Lake. The floor is completed by a double bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the loggia with table and chairs, a cool area facing the garden.
On the first floor there is a small sitting room with TV and a library/video archive with original lenguage movies (including cartoons and movies for kids) and many English lenguage books (also for kids); 3 double bedrooms with bathroom, and a spacious and fully-equipped terrace, ideal to taste a romantic aperitif or dinner with wonderful view on the Lake.
The swimming pool has a magnificent angular Roman steps and its depth goes from 1,50 to 2,50 m.
Part of the garden is used as barbecue area and is provided with wooden tables set in a perfectly shaded position.
Gests will have at their disposal all the year long steam room, fitness room and 4 mountain bikes.

Owners live in a small cottage near the villa, but the maximum of the privacy is granted since the villa, the garden and the pool are at guests' exclusive disposal.
Supermarkets (Coop and Conad), Trasimeno Lake with its beautiful promenade, beaches and water sports are only 10 minutes driving from the villa.
It is possible to visit both Umbria and Tuscany with its several medieval towns such as: Cortona, Gubbio, Perugia, Corciano, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Montefalco, Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and Montepulciano; in addition to Castiglione del Lago, Isola Maggiore, Isola Polvese, Parco riserva naturale La Valle, Monte del Lago and other lovely towns overlooking the Lake.
