Casa Maria Rosa stands in a tiny rural village, once devoted to agriculture. The property, once an old rural farmhouse, has now been renovated and furnished with modern and fancy style. Its tucked position let it overlooks all Chiana valley and makes easy to reach out the main Tuscan highlights such as Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Perugia and Cortona, the latter within just 10m driving. This 100sq.m. farmhouse develops on two floors, both linked internally: the living area is located on the ground floor and it is accessible from the outer area thanks to the many different entrances; it is composed by living room with fireplace, kitchen with dining room and loggia where to comfortably eat “al frescoâ€, a full bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. The sleeping area is located on the upper floor and it is equipped with one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one full bathroom with shower. All windows are provided with mosquito nets.
