In order to offer guests an unforgettable and unusual stay, the owners decided to convert an old and anonymous building into a luxurious modern villa, unique in this area of Tuscany, thanks to its contemporary luxury style.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden consisting of varied species of plants, a suggestive fountain, a fish tank and the wonderful swimming pool.
To brighten up cold and foggy days, without sacrificing well-being, the villa offers a corner with Jacuzzi, ideal at any time of the year.
For the little ones there is a dedicated space with outdoor games.
Villa Lucia can accommodate up to 8 guests and it has 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom.
Each space follows a particular style for which it differs.
The ground floor houses a large and beautiful kitchen, fully equipped and connected to the large pantry and laundry room: here you will find a washing machine and dryer, a sink, a very spacious pantry.
The kitchen is stocked with a full range of large and small appliances, ideal for cooking enthusiasts.
The adjacent living room has a sofa, armchairs and TV, and a reading corner overlooking the garden.
The dining room is very spacious and bright and it allows you to eat while enjoying a beautiful view of the outside.
In front of the kitchen is the large wrought iron gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a modern barbecue.
The pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and a very large umbrella and outdoor shower.
The refined furnishings embellished with antiques and fine fabrics make the villa a unique and original place, with attention to every detail.
