Description

Casina Giada is a charming old house, that has recently been restored, at the top of the Cortona hill commanding a wonderful view. There one can enjoy the changes of season as well as the country life and the rich vegetation of this corner of Tuscany. Casina Giada is built on three floors. On the ground floor, the front door opens to a large vestibule with old fireplace. From here guests have access to the dining room and to the full equipped kitchen. On the first floor, which is also accessible from outside by an external staircase from the pool and terrace area, there are two double rooms and one bathroom. On the second floor are two double bedrooms with air-conditioning and two bathrooms, terrace. A further small and simple single room is located on the ground floor, adjacent to the laundry (extra cost €200/week). This room enjoys air-conditioning and central heating and has its own bathroom with shower. Telephone, air conditioning, satellite television, hi.fi and high speed wireless internet are also included. Each room is different from the other in terms of shape, colour and ambience and has been furnished with elegance and style. The swimming pool is situated in an area surrounded by ancient trees and olive groves, which makes it ideal for reading and relaxing. The garden hosts a very well fitted patio and an efficient barbecue at disposal of the guests.
For larger groups this Villa can be rented along with Villa del Rio which is short stroll of 180 meter. This will accomodate a totale of 16 guests. Villa del Rio .

Thank you for this beautiful villa. It has been a wonderful two weeks and we have loved getting a little feel of Tuscan life! Our children have had a wonderful time exploring the gardens, collecting the flowers and creating homes for many varied bugs. It's very hard to leave!
