Description
The ground floor of a typical Leopoldinian structured villa offers a charming residence at the feet of the fascinating Etruscan Town of Cortona, which dominates on the background. Inside, the contrast among the paints of the walls, the special effects with light and the decorative motives are aimed to bring out the following of archs, vaults and webs that characterize the structure. Shapes rigour and details abundance, simplicity and complements refinement melt themselves armoniusly: the result is a particularly elegant and refined furnishing. Staioro Deluxe can give hospitality to groups from 2 to 4 people. The night area is composed of 2 bedrooms: a double one, the other one with two single beds. The living room is developed in one wide space: the relax area is characterized by a big fireplace with a stone shelf and some withes sofas, while a kitchen, where stone, wood and steel combine tradition and modernity in the best way, is the setting of the beautiful lunch table. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms, one of which has a shower box.
In the outside guests have at their disposal a wide garden, a nice swimming pool (6x12 m) and the near tennis court and five-a-side football field. The adjacent stone gazebo will be a confortable shelter to taste dinner and to spend pleasant moments in the open air.
