The Villa accommodates up to 18 guests in the exceptional comfort of 3 beautifully decorated apartments and a cottage, all furnished elegantly with local tiles from Deruta, a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine, satellite TV, etc. The villa sleeps up to 18 people and can be rented as a unique villa or separately in 3 apartments and one luxury romantic suite in the cottage.

Casina del Tiglio is an independent luxury suite with en suite bathroom and all comforts of a modern 5 stars hotel room (including frigo-bar/ tv and air conditioning).

Services: Cook-Service is available on request including Butler-Service. However, a minimum of 4 persons being served are required for these services. Cooking classes are available for a minimum of 4 persons. Food hampers can be provided, at an additional cost. Fresh linen and towels are provided once weekly on Saturdays. Extra changes are available on request at an extra charge. Maid-Service, included in the rental price, is daily for 6 days a week. Starter welcome packs are inclusive with rental price.
