La Casina di Pietra is a pretty villa in pietraserena completely renovated preserving its original rustic country-style. It is situated on a hill area, at 15 km from the Etruscan town of Cortona, it offers the advantage of being completely immersed in the nature, with a view dominating the entire valley and the Etruscan town of Cortona. The villa is furnished with sobriety and it can host comfortably 6 people.
The living area is composed of fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room with sofas, fireplace and TV.
The night area is composed of a double room with private bathroom, and two more rooms, a double room, a twin room and a bathroom with shower.
The garden fully equipped with a gazebo, a wood stove and a barbecue is an ideal place to organise great dinners and barbecues in the open air. Moreover the villas is provided with a private swimming-pool with roman stairs and equipped with sunbeds and sun umbrellas.
