Ideal for those who look for the essence of a holiday in the authentic Tuscany surrounded by nature, but also strategic point to visit all the natural and artistic beauties of the area. Attention to the details, refined and informal ambiance, authentic style and welcoming atmosphere. The villa is situated in the middle of a 7-hectare property made of woods and olive grooves. The owners realised an accurate and meticulous renovation using only recyclable materials in accordance with bio-architecture. The inner spaces are well-finished in every single detail, with antique furnishings, old doors, old etchings, and beautiful Persian carpets, but with every modern comfort. Everything set in a completely silent oasis. Villa Oasi di Silenzio is built on two floors.
Living area On the ground floor there is: kitchen, hall, central sitting room and living room, bathroom and green room. Beautiful equipped porch and laundry room with washing machine and closet. From the entrance one can access the two-flight staircase that leads to the second floor.
Night area
Green room: Characterised by a fireplace and two notched chestnut doors over the bed. Imperial style wardrobe of mahogany and two Luigi Filippo night stands. The bedroom leads to a porch with a suggestive view on the swimming pool, especially at night when the pool is enlightened and one can also see the lights of the small hill and town far away. A really special place to enjoy a dinner.
Yellow room very spacious, provided with a high wardrobe, night stands, chesnut commode, chest pulled alongside to two Giorgio III parade armchairs of mahogany and maple wood, finely inlaid, set at the feet of refined brassy bed. In a corner, an armchair of the 17th century covered with red velvet. On the walls old etchings and on the wall over the bed a big Bolognese painting in oil of the 17th century, portraying a Madonna with the Baby. The bedroom is provided with beautiful bathroom with travertine washbasin. At the end a large space for shower, Jacuzzi and a seat to enjoy Turkish bath with incorporated arome- and chrome-therapy. From this room, provided with two windows, one can enjoy the view on the hills surrounding the villa.
Red room: The furnishing of this room is composed of two lovely Napoleone III night stands, a marvellous chestnut wardrobe, a Tuscan prie-dieu of the 18th century, a Luigi Filippo armchair and a beautiful commode/desk with rolling closure. The bathroom has two doors, one for the red room and one for the blue room. There is a multifunctional Jacuzzi tub/shower provided with chrome- and ozone-therapy. One can enjoy a beautiful landscape through the oval window of stone.
Blue room: Twin bedroom (converible in double on request), with Liberty dresser and night stand. The furnishment is completed by a Piemontese wardrobe. This room shares the bathroom with the red room through a separate entrance.
The swimming pool of 16x8 m provided with large whirlpool area with double hydro (from below and from the sides) for 8 people, is for guests' exclusive use and is situated on a natural terrace, more or less two meters underneath the house. From here one can enjoy a wide and suggestive panorama on the undelying valley, having the impression to be on a theatrical downstage. It is provided with whirlpool system and disposes of changing room with bathroom and shower. During the night the underwater lighting makes it particularly suggestive. The water is slightly salty. It is also provided with large solarium equipped with tables, sun beds and chairs. Underneath the pool a small amphiteatre of stone. Also outside old marble or stony capitals or some beautiful and huge jars made of Tuscan terracotta, spread all over the garden, evoke old atmospheres.
