The villa, in perfect rustic style, thanks to its privileged position, enjoys an enchanting 360-degree view. It comprises a main body and a small cottage, connected by a pergola in the middle which makes any movement between the two buildings, very practical.

Villa Delle Pergole is located just 3 km off Montefollonico, a pretty hilltop village where you will find the typical restaurants, a grocery shop and other essential services.
The property is located only 7 km away from the renown Montepulciano and the charming Pienza, a medieval town of rare beauty which is certainly worth to be visited ! A unique village with elegant Renaissance palaces, ancient churches, beautiful squares and quaint hidden corners.

Villa delle Pergole owes its name to the numerous pergolas that surround it and which offer small corners of paradise with breath-taking views over the surrounding hills, an ideal retreat for moments of absolute relaxation.

The main Villa is spread on two levels. On the ground floor, the large windows open onto the big kitchen with a characteristic rustic Tuscan style, built with fine materials and equipped with all the most modern appliances, a spacious dining room and an elegant living room with sofas and fireplace, satellite TV and chess board table. This area has direct access to the furnished terrace to enjoy pleasant al-fresco meals, screened by a pergola which offers shade and privacy.

On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with a canopy bed and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the second floor there is a beautiful bedroom, featuring panoramic views, with a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with tub and shower. On the same level there are two other bedrooms, a twin with en suite bathroom and another bedroom with a bunk bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

The Cottage: Adjacent to the villa overlooking the pergola, the cottage is a proper suite with double bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchenette.

Villa delle Pergole is surrounded by a lush garden full of flowers and plants, a well-kept lawn with aromatic herbs and the large swimming pool (13 x 6 meters) with salt depuration system, night lighting and shower. Sunbeds, umbrellas, BBQ and pizza oven are also available for the guests.
From here you can admire the charm of the local nature that offers guests several areas of both relax and fun. If you are hiking enthusiast, the rolling hills of Valdorcia are just the right place for you!
