Description
Cottage I Frati lies at the foot of the Cortona hill, just a few minutes drive from the famous Etrsucan town praised by Frances Mayes in her “Under the Tuscan Sun”. The estate is made up of a main house and Cottage I Frati. The owner, a famous pediatrician, lives in the main house with his family and his two dogs who live in their own corral. Cottage I Frati (together with a cosy dependance) is nevertheless completely independent and has its own furnished garden with gazebo and barbecue. The Cottage comprises a living/dining room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a study with a single bed, piano and computer. The study leads to a large double bedroom. A second double bedroom lies on the first floor. One bathroom with shower and laundry room with washing machine are also available at the ground floor. The cosy dependance hosts a double room with bathroom and tiny kitchen. Both Cottage and Dependance are air-conditioned. (3 split and 1 split). The house has been simply yet painstakingly furnished and equipped with all comforts. The swimming pool together with a Jacuzzi are at guest´s disposal. Cities such as Florence, Siena and Perugia can be easly reached in less than an hour drive.
