Casale dei Caldesi is a charming Tuscan farmhouse, located in characteristic hilly position, a few kms from the town of Castiglion Fiorentino.
The farmhouse, a typical Tuscan building completely renovated, is located on a natural plateau extremely scenic. Thanks to its strategic location you can easily reach the towns of Cortona and Arezzo, and organise daily trips to the most famous cities of Umbria and Tuscany. The property is divided on two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large porch with dining area, ideal to taste great breakfasts and dinners in the "open air".
This room leads to the lovely living room with sofa and TV area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
On the same floor there is the laundry room, a utility room and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms (one with private bathroom with Jacuzzi), a twin bedroom and a bathroom.
The outer space features a porch with tables and chairs, large garden and infinity pool overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape.
