Description
Villa Isola is a charming farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Umbria, a postcard framed by the enchanting Lake Trasimeno. Located on a hill, it offers peace and relaxation as well as being a perfect retreat for a pleasant holiday where the strategic and suggestive location is combined with the comfort of a luxury resort. The recently renovated villa is finely furnished and it has an area of 230 square meters developed in two floors.
On the ground floor which is connected to the first floor through an internal staircase we find one master bedroom with exit to the front garden. It includes one double bed, one walk-in closet, one en-suite bathroom equipped with double sink, shower/bidet/WC, hairdryer) and flat screen TV.

The villa is composed by a further double bedroom with obstructed view including a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (sink, shower/bidet/WC, hairdryer) and flat screen TV.
Lastly, you can find a small laundry equipped with a washer/dryer and a small service sink.
Upstairs connected by an external staircase we find entrance with French door, large living room composed by a living area furnished with sofas and chairs, flat screen TV and a small service bathroom (sink, WC).
The adjacent dining area with access to the panoramic external patio and the open kitchenette with functional peninsula (6 induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric coffee machine).
The outdoor area is fully equipped with two pergolas furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs, barbecue area and outdoor relaxing sofas.
The private and heated seasonal swimming pool (5 x 12 m, 140 cm deep, with seasonal availability from 01st April to 28th October) is equipped with pool loungers and outdoor shower.
