With its 3 bedrooms, each individually decorated in warm colors, the Villa is an authentic Umbrian jewel offering peace and tranquility in a environment far removed from everyday care.
The extensive private grounds surrounding Villa Torre provide privacy, as well as making it ideal for walkers and nature lovers, wishing to explore the surrounding woodland and nature reserve. The 18 hole golf course of is only 3 minutes off the villa.
Accomodation
The villa sleeps up to 6 people (or 8 people if there are 4 kids) in 3 spacious rooms with breathtaking views across the valley.
All the bedrooms have their own individual color schemes and are of a good size with excellent facilities, including air conditioning, and en suite bathrooms:
Ground Floor: 1 king size bedroom with en suite bathroom.
First Floor: 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and en suite bathroom.
Second Floor: 1 king size bedroom with en suite bathroom and direct private access to the roof terrace.
The Ground floor is divided as following: there is a charming and comfortable living room which leads onto the open space dining room with French doors on the terrace and the garden of the villa. Right behind the dining room there is a well equipped kitchen. The living room and the dining room are blessed with Umbrian sunlight flooding from the big windows. The living room can comfortably seat 8 people on the most relaxing and soft sofas.
